En caso de despido sin justa causa durante la vigencia del decreto, los trabajadores afectados tendr\u00e1n derecho a percibir el doble de la indemnizaci\u00f3n correspondiente de conformidad a la la tasa de desempleo se ha\u00a0 Incrementado hasta el 10,6% en el segundo trimestre de 2019, un punto porcentual superior a un a\u00f1o atr\u00e1s, con tasas que en el caso de los j\u00f3venes superan el 18% en los varones y el 23% entre las mujeres<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: start; background: white; box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 680px; width: registrado privado durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o muestra un marcado descenso que indica que 139 mil trabajadores y trabajadoras han quedado fuera del mercado laboral en el periodo septiembre 2018-2019.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: start; background: white; box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 680px; width: calc(100% - 2.25rem); font-variant-ligatures: normal; conten\u00eda la prohibici\u00f3n de los despidos sin causa, &#8220;que fue vetado por el Gobierno anterior provocando hasta la fecha la perdida de 111 mil puestos de trabajo
