porque no est\u00e1 registrado como alimento libre de gluten, entre otras irregularidades.<\/h3>\n<p class=\"fecha\">La <strong>Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (ANMAT)\u00a0<\/strong>prohibi\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la disposici\u00f3n N\u00b0 9928\/2019 publicada este mi\u00e9rcoles en el\u00a0<strong>Bolet\u00edn Oficial\u00a0<\/strong>la comercializaci\u00f3n en todo el terreno nacional del ajo negro japon\u00e9s marca KURO.<\/p>\n<div class=\"texto\">\n<p>La norma inform\u00f3 que el producto contiene el s\u00edmbolo oficial de alimento libre de gluten e indicaci\u00f3n de org\u00e1nico, pero tiene vencido el Registro Nacional de Establecimientos, carece de Registro Nacional de Productos Alimenticios y no est\u00e1 registrado correctamente como alimento libre de gluten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pxb.cdn.0221.com.ar\/0221\/122019\/1576066754548.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pxb.cdn.0221.com.ar\/0221\/122019\/1576066754548.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"teads-inread teads-display sm-screen\">\n<div id=\"teads0\" class=\"teads-player\"><strong>\u201cPor estar falsamente rotulado, por indicar el atributo Libre de gluten sin estar registrado como tal, por carecer de autorizaci\u00f3n de establecimiento y de producto\u201d<\/strong>, el producto resulta\u00a0<strong>&#8220;ilegal\u201d.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>En tal sentido, el Departamento de Vigilancia Sanitaria y Nutricional de los Alimentos solicit\u00f3 a la empresa que proceda a realizar el retiro preventivo del mercado nacional del producto en un plazo de 48 horas y tambi\u00e9n la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n de Relaciones institucionales para evaluar las medidas a adoptar respecto a la promoci\u00f3n del producto en la p\u00e1gina web de la
