{"id":93281,"date":"2019-11-14T07:30:15","date_gmt":"2019-11-14T10:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=93281"},"modified":"2019-11-14T07:30:15","modified_gmt":"2019-11-14T10:30:15","slug":"charlas-sobre-cannabis-derecho-a-la-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/charlas-sobre-cannabis-derecho-a-la-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Charlas sobre \u201cCannabis: Derecho a la Salud\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SE REALIZAR\u00c1N EL 22 Y 23 DE NOVIEMBRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el marco de conferencias, capacitaciones y charlas que realiza el Colegio de Abogados del Departamento Judicial de Azul, presidido por el Dr. Gast\u00f3n Argeri, en busca de defender y promover derechos de la abogac\u00eda y la comunidad, se organizan dos capacitaciones que se dictar\u00e1n el <em><strong>viernes 22 de noviembre, de 18 a 20.30 hs en el S.U.M. de Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de Olavarr\u00eda (Av. Pringles 4375)<\/strong><\/em> y el s\u00e1bado 23 de noviembre, de 10 a 12.30 hs, en la sede del Colegio de Abogados Departamental (Av. Per\u00f3n 514, Azul).<\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00faltima jornada ser\u00e1 transmitida por sistema streaming permitiendo la capacitaci\u00f3n de abogadas y abogados de todas las localidades, sin necesidad de viajar, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la participaci\u00f3n de personas del p\u00fablico general que no puedan concurrir. Solo se requiere inscripci\u00f3n previa, escribiendo a: <a href=\"mailto:biblioteca@colegioabogadosazul.org.ar\">biblioteca@colegioabogadosazul.org.ar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Argeri manifest\u00f3 \u201cque es importante que estas propuestas se lleven adelante, para que los profesionales y la comunidad conozcan realmente que es lo que pasa en nuestro pa\u00eds con respecto al cannabis\u201d. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n invit\u00f3 a toda la comunidad interesada en participar, aclarando que es una actividad no arancelada.<\/p>\n<p>Las charlas contar\u00e1n con la apertura a cargo del Dr. Gast\u00f3n Argeri, presidente del C.A.A. y disertaciones de especialistas en la tem\u00e1tica, como la Dra. Ana Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Nicora, el Dr. Gast\u00f3n Barreto, el Dr. Diego Araujo, Dra. Guillermina Zabalza y\u00a0 Dra. Victoria Schiro.<\/p>\n<p>La Dra. Ana Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Nicora se referir\u00e1 a \u201cCannabis Medicinal: Construcci\u00f3n de realidades (pasado, presente y futuro)\u201d mientras que el Dr. Gast\u00f3n Barreto abordar\u00e1 la \u201cConstrucci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de la problem\u00e1tica vinculada al cannabis. Se realizar\u00e1 un an\u00e1lisis de la evidencia cient\u00edfica, estado de ejecuci\u00f3n de acciones a nivel nacional y regional, abordajes enmarcados en proyectos acad\u00e9micos vigentes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto que el Dr. Diego Araujo disertar\u00e1 sobre \u201cDerechos y normativa legal\u201d. Mientras que la Dra. Guillermina Zabalza y la Dra.\u00a0 Victoria Schiro expondr\u00e1n sobre \u201cDerechos del paciente\u201d.
