{"id":89052,"date":"2019-10-09T19:58:16","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T22:58:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=89052"},"modified":"2019-10-09T19:58:16","modified_gmt":"2019-10-09T22:58:16","slug":"anmat-ordeno-retirar-del-mercado-de-un-chocolate-que-habria-provocado-una-reaccion-alergica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/anmat-ordeno-retirar-del-mercado-de-un-chocolate-que-habria-provocado-una-reaccion-alergica\/","title":{"rendered":"Anmat orden\u00f3 retirar del mercado de un chocolate que habr\u00eda provocado una reacci\u00f3n al\u00e9rgica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es un chocolate semiamargo relleno con dulce de almendras.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica\u00a0(Anmat) inform\u00f3 que orden\u00f3 el retiro del mercado del chocolate semiamargo relleno con dulce de almendras Le Choc Felices Las Vacas, luego de que el organismo recibiera una denuncia de que el producto habr\u00eda provocado una reacci\u00f3n al\u00e9rgica a una chica menordad de edad sensible a la leche, huevo y nuez y que, como consecuencia de ello.<\/p>\n<p>El chocolate semiamargo relleno con dulce de almendras \u201cLe Choc\u201d Felices Las Vacas (RNPA Expte. N\u00b0 2906-16855\/19) fue elaborado por L\u00f3gica Natural SRL (RNE N\u00b0 02-035165).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La medida fue adoptada luego de que el Instituto Nacional de Alimentos recibiera una denuncia de que este producto habr\u00eda provocado una reacci\u00f3n al\u00e9rgica a una menor sensible a la leche, huevo y nuez y que, como consecuencia de ello, la Unidad de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Alimentos (Ucal) del Ministerio de Agroindustrias de la provincia de Buenos Aires le comunicara y solicitara a la empresa el retiro del mercado del producto&#8221;, indic\u00f3 Anmat.<\/p>\n<p>La Ucal y Anmat &#8220;se encuentran trabajando en la investigaci\u00f3n del incidente notificado, a fin de adoptar todas las acciones y medidas de gesti\u00f3n necesarias para proteger la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n&#8221;, se indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-ad-node\">\n<div id=\"middle_1-1232300_parent\">Anmat, asimismo, &#8220;se encuentra coordinando las acciones de rigor con todas las autoridades sanitarias del pa\u00eds, a los fines de monitorear el retiro del mercado del producto&#8221;.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>La Anmat recomend\u00f3 &#8220;a las personas al\u00e9rgicas que haya comprado o tengan este producto en su poder, que se abstengan de consumirlo hasta tanto se cuente con todos los elementos necesarios para ampliar la informaci\u00f3n sobre el incidente&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Asimismo, quienes expendan estos productos deber\u00e1n cesar su comercializaci\u00f3n preventivamente&#8221;, se solicit\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"SubTitulo\">Otros alimentos<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Anmat prohibi\u00f3 la venta en el pa\u00eds de \u201cChivito al escabeche\u201d, \u201cCarpincho al escabeche\u201d, \u201cCiervo al escabeche\u201d, \u201cJabal\u00ed al escabeche\u201d, \u201cVizcacha al escabeche\u201d todos marca La Alemana (RNPA 050008854), elaborado y envasado por RNE N\u00b0 05000235 y Comercializado por La Alemana, Entre R\u00edos, como asimismo de todo producto del RNE\u00a0 05000235.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-ad-node\">\n<div id=\"middle_2-1232300_parent\">&#8220;Los productos se hallan en infracci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 3\u00b0 de la ley 18284, al art\u00edculo 3\u00b0 del Anexo II del Decreto 2126\/71 y a los art\u00edculos 6 bis, 13 y 155 del CAA (C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino), por carecer de autorizaciones de establecimiento y de producto, estar falsamente rotulados y ser, en consecuencia, ilegales&#8221;, se inform\u00f3 en el <strong>Bolet\u00edn Oficial<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es un chocolate semiamargo relleno con dulce de almendras.
