Seg\u00fan la ley 26652 sancionada en octubre de 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Este d\u00eda se eligi\u00f3 en conmemoraci\u00f3n al primer n\u00famero de la Revista Hora Cero, el 4 de septiembre de 1957. La revista Hora Cero public\u00f3 historietas durante la d\u00e9cada del 50 en Argentina, algunas como El Eternauta (que mostraba una invasi\u00f3n extraterrestre en Buenos Aires) el Sargento Kirk (un desertor del ej\u00e9rcito en el lejano oeste) o Ernie Pike (un corresponsal de guerra presentando relatos de la Segunda Guerra Mundial).<\/p>\n<p>Los primeros antecedentes de la historieta propiamente dicha, en la Argentina, aparecen en las revistas &#8220;Caras y Caretas&#8221;, desde el a\u00f1o 1898.<\/p>\n<p>Foto: m.uniciencia.unc.edu.ar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 4 de septiembre se instituye el d\u00eda nacional de la Historieta Argentina.
