Es grave y puede tener muchas complicaciones. Afecta principalmente a ni\u00f1os menores de 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Los enfermos presentan v\u00f3mitos, dolores abdominales, diarrea acuosa con o sin sangre y orinan cada vez menos.<\/p>\n<p>Cinco claves para evitar la transmisi\u00f3n de enfermedades por alimentos son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use agua y alimentos seguros<\/li>\n<li>Mantenga la higiene<\/li>\n<li>Separe los alimentos crudos de los cocidos<\/li>\n<li>Cocine los alimentos completamente<\/li>\n<li>Mantenga los alimentos a temperaturas seguras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por este motivo, personal de Bromatolog\u00eda organiza una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nSer\u00e1 el 23 de agosto en el Sal\u00f3n Rivadavia en dos horarios: de 13 a 14:30 horas y de 15:30 a 17 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Se abordar\u00e1n temas referidos a la enfermedad y medidas de prevenci\u00f3n, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n las claves de la inocuidad de los alimentos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 19 de agosto se conmemora
