desde este martes un nuevo ajuste en la tarifa del gas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Ente Nacional Regulador del Gas (<strong>Enargas) valid\u00f3 un nuevo ajuste en la tarifa del servicio de gas natural<\/strong>\u00a0por redes, por recargos mayores a los aplicados hasta ahora, de entre el 4,48 por ciento y el 4,79 por ciento seg\u00fan la zona del pa\u00eds,\u00a0<strong>a trav\u00e9s de la resoluci\u00f3n 322 publicada este martes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Camuzzi Gas Pampeana aumentar\u00e1<\/strong>\u00a0para el \u00e1rea de Buenos Aires en la que opera, al igual que en la ciudad de Bah\u00eda Blanca y en la zona norte de La Pampa,\u00a0<strong>un 4,73 por ciento;<\/strong>\u00a0mientras en el sur de la misma provincia el incremento ser\u00e1 de 4,48 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Enargas instruy\u00f3 a las distribuidoras para que apliquen un recargo<\/strong>\u00a0por cada metro c\u00fabico de 9.300 kilocalor\u00edas facturado \u201ca sus usuarios de servicio completo, el cual est\u00e1\u00a0<strong>destinado a constituir el Fondo Fiduciario para Subsidios de Consumos Residenciales de Gas\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El organismo determin\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que\u00a0<strong>las prestadoras de gas por redes deber\u00e1n incluir los montos de esos recargos en la facturaci\u00f3n de los usuarios finales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El recargo para financiar al Fondo Fiduciario era de 2,96 por ciento sobre el precio del gas natural en el Punto de Ingreso al Sistema de Transporte hasta comienzos de este mes, pero el secretario de Energ\u00eda, Gustavo Lopetegui, autoriz\u00f3 la suba a 4,46 por ciento mediante la resoluci\u00f3n 312.<\/p>\n<p>Como fundamento de ese ajuste se explic\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o el Enargas aprob\u00f3 los cuadros tarifarios ya implementados por las licenciatarias de distribuci\u00f3n, y consider\u00f3 pertinente mantener un descuento de 50 por ciento del valor de los cuadros tarifarios plenos correspondientes a cada categor\u00eda de usuarios y subzonas tarifarias.\u00a0 En este caso, las Las regiones beneficiadas son la Patagonia, el departamento Malarg\u00fce de la provincia de Mendoza y la Puna.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, el Ente evalu\u00f3 que \u201cse espera una mayor necesidad de fondos para financiar el r\u00e9gimen de compensaciones, a lo que se le debe sumar el efecto financiero que se genera entre el momento de la vigencia de la modificaci\u00f3n del recargo y su impacto efectivo en la recaudaci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, el Enargas consider\u00f3 que \u201ca los efectos de asegurar los recursos del Fondo Fiduciario con los que se financia el r\u00e9gimen de compensaci\u00f3n definido, resulta necesario modificar el recargo en
