la venta de leche en polvo en todo el pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fue por decisi\u00f3n de la ANMAT, luego de certificar que el producto estaba falsamente rotulado y en consecuencia, era un alimento ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos,\u00a0Alimentos\u00a0y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (Anmat) public\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles mediante el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, la\u00a0prohibici\u00f3n\u00a0de comercializar en todo el territorio nacional una marca de\u00a0leche en polvo.<\/p>\n<div id=\"lx_646461\" class=\"__lxG__multi __lxG__multi_lx_646461\">\n<div data-lxpresource=\"1\">Se trata de la marca Milk cream la cual &#8220;<em>contaba con el s\u00edmbolo de alimento libre de gluten reglamentario, sin estar autorizado como tal, por lo que resulta estar falsamente rotulado y ser en consecuencia un producto ilegal&#8221;, s<\/em>eg\u00fan dice la Disposici\u00f3n 4111\/2019.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>La entidad que regula los alimentos en el territorio nacional, explic\u00f3 que, al tratarse de productos que\u00a0no pueden ser identificados en forma fehaciente y clara como producidos, elaborados y\/o fraccionados en un establecimiento determinado, &#8220;<em>no podr\u00e1n ser elaborados en ninguna parte del pa\u00eds, ni comercializados ni expendidos en el territorio de la Rep\u00fablica de acuerdo a lo normado por el Art\u00edculo 9\u00b0 de la Ley 18284\u2033<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En marzo,\u00a0la ANMAT hab\u00eda retirado del mercado la leche en polvo entera\u00a0&#8220;Campo de oro&#8221; porque reun\u00eda varias irregularidades tal como que el\u00a0valor de materia grasa se encontraba\u00a0por debajo del l\u00edmite m\u00ednimo permitido para la leche en polvo entera, y porque el producto carec\u00eda\u00a0de autorizaciones, estaba\u00a0falsamento rotulado y, por lo tanto, era\u00a0ilegal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fue por decisi\u00f3n de la ANMAT, luego de
