Los empleados despedidos son en su mayor\u00eda j\u00f3venes. En su momento, la multinacional lleg\u00f3 a contar hasta con unos 500 trabajadores en Bah\u00eda Blanca.<\/p>\n<p>Los despidos en Aegis se producen en un contexto en el cual muchas compa\u00f1\u00edas de call Center quieren encuadrar a sus empleados bajo el convenio de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Argentinos de Centros Contacto (ATACC), un convenio a\u00fan menor que el de
