{"id":56538,"date":"2019-02-04T14:17:09","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T17:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=56538"},"modified":"2019-02-04T14:17:32","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T17:17:32","slug":"dos-empresas-firmaron-un-emprendimiento-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/dos-empresas-firmaron-un-emprendimiento-local\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos empresas firmaron un emprendimiento local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, a trav\u00e9s de distintas pol\u00edticas de acci\u00f3n impulsa y acompa\u00f1a el desarrollo productivo de las empresas olavarrienses, para que puedan crecer cada d\u00eda en su actividad.<\/p>\n<p>En este marco, este lunes al mediod\u00eda en la Sala de Reuniones se llev\u00f3 a cabo la firma de los boletos de compra venta de lotes en el Sector Industrial Planificado de Granos (planta cerealera) y en el Sector V del Parque Industrial (empresa metal\u00fargica).<\/p>\n<p>De la firma participaron el intendente Galli y los representantes de los dos emprendimientos industriales locales, Dar\u00edo Pascua (Pascua S.A.) y Carlos Garay (CON MET S.R.L). Adem\u00e1s estuvo presente el secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico Julio Valetutto.<\/p>\n<p>La firma Pascua S.A, representada por Dar\u00edo Pascua, firm\u00f3 el boleto de compraventa para la adquisici\u00f3n de un predio en el Sector de Granos para instalar una planta cerealera. La empresa tiene 30 a\u00f1os de trayectoria en la ciudad con el despacho de combustible y ha decidido invertir en un predio para diversificar su actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que CON-MET S.R.L, cuyo titular es Carlos Garay, compr\u00f3 de un predio en el Sector V del Parque Industrial de Olavarr\u00eda para instalar una metal\u00fargica. Es una empresa olavarriense constituida por cuatro socios, profesionales en el rubro metal\u00fargico, dedicados hace 10 a\u00f1os a la construcci\u00f3n de estructuras met\u00e1licas y al montaje industrial de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>En esta oportunidad, adquieren el lote ubicado enfrente al que adquirieron en el a\u00f1o 2017 para poder construir otra nave industrial que les permitir\u00e1
