{"id":49256,"date":"2018-11-20T12:25:04","date_gmt":"2018-11-20T15:25:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=49256"},"modified":"2018-11-20T12:26:17","modified_gmt":"2018-11-20T15:26:17","slug":"se-licito-varias-obras-para-la-escuela-de-educacion-secundaria-tecnica-n2-luciano-fortabat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/se-licito-varias-obras-para-la-escuela-de-educacion-secundaria-tecnica-n2-luciano-fortabat\/","title":{"rendered":"Se licit\u00f3 varias obras para la escuela de educaci\u00f3n secundaria t\u00e9cnica n\u00b02 Luciano Fortabat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio licit\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1ana de este martes las obras de impermeabilizaci\u00f3n del techo y los desag\u00fces en la Escuela de Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria T\u00e9cnica N\u00ba 2 \u201cLuciano Fortabat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los arreglos se desarrollar\u00e1n en los techos de las aulas y parte de talleres, abarcando una superficie de 1.040 metros cuadrados, que apuntan a resolver una de las principales problem\u00e1ticas por las filtraciones de agua, las cuales generan importantes complicaciones en todo el edificio.<\/p>\n<p>En una primera etapa, se\u00a0 resolver\u00e1n los inconvenientes de entrada de agua al edificio por los techos y sus desag\u00fces, en base a un relevamiento realizado por personal del establecimiento educativo y de la Secretar\u00eda de Mantenimiento y Obras P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan dicho planteo t\u00e9cnico, se deber\u00e1 comenzar con la reparaci\u00f3n de las bajantes hasta su desembocadura final y retirar todos los desechos que se pueden encontrar en el techo (ramas de \u00e1rboles, hojas, cables sueltos).<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se deber\u00e1 extraer toda la membrana existente, limpiar toda la superficie y colocar pintura asf\u00e1ltica en su totalidad, en las imperfecciones del techo, dej\u00e1ndola en \u00f3ptimas condiciones.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la empresa encargada de las obras deber\u00e1 revisar e impermeabilizar todas las bocas de iluminaci\u00f3n exterior y entradas de ca\u00f1os, como as\u00ed mismo impermeabilizar la claraboya y ventilaciones de cocina y ba\u00f1os existentes.<\/p>\n<p>El plazo de obra es de 60 d\u00edas y el presupuesto oficial fue estimado en la suma de $3.603.800. En la licitaci\u00f3n se presentaron cinco propuestas econ\u00f3micas, que se detallan a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proponente N\u00ba 1: Espacio R2 cotiz\u00f3 la suma de $3.686.955,25.<\/li>\n<li>Proponente N\u00ba 2: Federico Bianchi cotiz\u00f3 la suma de $3.100.000.<\/li>\n<li>Proponente N\u00ba 3: Vilma Wagner cotiz\u00f3 la suma de $4.180.000.<\/li>\n<li>Proponente N\u00ba 4: Servicio y Venta de Impermeabilizaciones\u00a0 S.R.L. cotiz\u00f3 la suma de $3.198.880.<\/li>\n<li>Proponente N\u00ba 5: Pecma S.R.L. cotiz\u00f3 la suma de $3.250.000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La apertura de la ofertas fue realizada por la directora de Licitaciones del Municipio Guillermina Amespil, con la presencia de los representantes de las
