{"id":47198,"date":"2018-11-02T11:16:10","date_gmt":"2018-11-02T14:16:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=47198"},"modified":"2018-11-02T11:17:03","modified_gmt":"2018-11-02T14:17:03","slug":"bromatologia-clausuro-preventivamente-una-panaderia-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/bromatologia-clausuro-preventivamente-una-panaderia-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Bromatolog\u00eda clausur\u00f3 preventivamente una panader\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de un operativo conjunto, personal de Bromatolog\u00eda Municipal procedi\u00f3 a la clausura de un comercio ubicado en calle Merlo al 800 de nuestra ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una despensa y venta de tabaco donde se comprobaron distintos tipos de infracciones, una de las m\u00e1s graves \u2013tal como se conoci\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1ana del jueves seg\u00fan autoridades policiales-\u00a0 corresponde a que en el freezer se encontr\u00f3 una paleta de bovino y varios cortes c\u00e1rnicos sin sello de matadero frigor\u00edfico habilitado, de una presunta faena clandestina, (con restos de tierra, pastos y pelo).<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s el local no contaba con habilitaci\u00f3n municipal, ni con libreta sanitaria y el personal de trabajo tampoco ten\u00eda la indumentaria de trabajo adecuada. Por otra parte, la zona de lavado tampoco hab\u00eda provisi\u00f3n de agua caliente al momento, el termotanque estaba apagado, tal como se deja constancia en el acta de la Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En el lugar se observ\u00f3 falta de orden, por la acumulaci\u00f3n de objetos en desuso y elementos ajenos al rubro, tales como un lavarropas y herramientas de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>En el operativo intervino Patrulla Rural, Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica, la Secretar\u00eda de Abigeatos y Delitos Rurales y la Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda
