Huerta Org\u00e1nica en la Unidad 38, de lunes a viernes en horario matutino, 10 internos previamente capacitados
\nen los talleres de la Unidad, asisten a trabajar en la huerta org\u00e1nica del establecimiento carcelario donde cultivan tomate, lechuga, acelga, repollo, perejil y otras verduras que luego son cosechadas para consumo personal.<\/p>\n

El curso organiza diariamente la informaci\u00f3n sobre el armado de la Huerta. Para ello, realizan una serie de tareas previas, como establecer la correcta ubicaci\u00f3n de la misma, preparar e identificar el tipo de tierra y su acondicionamiento, eliminar la maleza, airear y abonar. Tambi\u00e9n la selecci\u00f3n de semillas, t\u00e9cnicas de riego y cuidados con el objetivo de obtener una tierra sana que produzca vegetales saludables.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, Emanuel Tosoratti, oficial que coordina las capacitaciones formales y no formales de los internos, explic\u00f3 que \u201cdentro de los beneficios de la huerta org\u00e1nica se encuentra el acceso a productos saludables, el est\u00edmulo hacia la actividad y educaci\u00f3n de los participantes, la conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza y la actividad f\u00edsica, as\u00ed
\ncomo tambi\u00e9n combatir el sedentarismo y el estr\u00e9s\u201d.<\/p>\n
