{"id":180700,"date":"2022-11-09T14:57:04","date_gmt":"2022-11-09T17:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=180700"},"modified":"2022-11-09T14:57:27","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T17:57:27","slug":"la-fio-presente-en-el-congreso-de-logistica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/la-fio-presente-en-el-congreso-de-logistica\/","title":{"rendered":"La FIO presente en el Congreso de Log\u00edstica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La FIO presente en el Congreso de Log\u00edstica, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/FIO.UNICEN\">Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda<\/a> de Olavarr\u00eda estuvo presente en el VIII Congreso de Log\u00edstica, Puertos y Comercio exterior llevada a cabo d\u00edas atr\u00e1s en la sede Quequ\u00e9n de la UNICEN.<\/p>\n<p>Franco Chiodi, en su car\u00e1cter de Director del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Industrial de la FIO que se encarga de la coordinaci\u00f3n de la carrera de Log\u00edstica en la unidad Quequ\u00e9n, fue la persona encargada de asumir la representaci\u00f3n FIO.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Chiodi tuvo a su cargo la conferencia de cierre del Congreso, trazando un panorama de los cambios que experimentan las organizaciones en funci\u00f3n de las transformaciones de contexto.<\/p>\n<p>El ingeniero puso \u00e9nfasis en la experiencia adquirida en su reciente paso por la Universidad de Montana, USA, refiri\u00e9ndose a la fuerza laboral y c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1 modificando en estos momentos. Su presentaci\u00f3n hizo menci\u00f3n a la industria 4.0 desde el punto de vista conceptual, y el impacto que esto est\u00e1 teniendo al interior de las empresas en t\u00e9rminos de uso de la tecnolog\u00eda. Ante un importante marco de p\u00fablico, Franco plante\u00f3 que el acceso a la tecnolog\u00eda no es un problema pero el dilema se centra en que las empresas deben adaptar su cultura organizacional a estos cambios. Dicho de otro modo, \u201ctodo el cambio de la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s dura tiene que ser acompa\u00f1ada por la tecnolog\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n de las organizaciones\u201d seg\u00fan expres\u00f3 el profesional de la FIO en su conferencia. La trascendencia de esta aseveraci\u00f3n radica en que la formaci\u00f3n y el entrenamiento del personal tienen que desarrollarse en plazos m\u00e1s cortos. Consultado por el p\u00fablico acerca de la duraci\u00f3n y contenidos de las carreras de grado, Chiodi asegur\u00f3 que deben ser complementadas por formaciones m\u00e1s cortas (las denominadas
