{"id":174592,"date":"2022-09-01T22:16:06","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T01:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=174592"},"modified":"2022-09-01T22:16:06","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T01:16:06","slug":"el-municipio-licita-el-mantenimiento-de-puentes-colgantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/el-municipio-licita-el-mantenimiento-de-puentes-colgantes\/","title":{"rendered":"El Municipio licita el mantenimiento de puentes colgantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este jueves por la ma\u00f1ana \u2013en el Palacio San Mart\u00edn- se llev\u00f3 a cabo la apertura de sobres de la licitaci\u00f3n para el mantenimiento preventivo y pintado de los puentes colgantes del Arroyo Tapalqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Las tareas a ejecutar surgen de los antecedentes y recomendaciones de \u00e1rea de Estructura \u2013 Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Civil de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de Olavarr\u00eda (FIO), seg\u00fan informes t\u00e9cnicos de los a\u00f1os 2017 y 2022, realizados en puentes colgantes de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u00edneas generales, constan del recambio de tablas de circulaci\u00f3n deterioradas, protecci\u00f3n anticorrosiva de estructura met\u00e1lica, recambio de largueros y viguetas, tensado y recambio de alambres del alambrado lateral del tablero, arreglo de articulaciones y recambio o reajuste de bulones a fin de reparar todas las falencias que los puentes presentan y para prevenir las futuras.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente al mantenimiento preventivo, se realizar\u00e1 el pintado general de los puentes, que incluye, las torres, cables, varillas y dem\u00e1s elementos con una prolija terminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa contratista deber\u00e1 tener especial cuidado en realizar las tareas, tomando todas las precauciones a fin de entorpecer m\u00ednimamente la circulaci\u00f3n peatonal de los puentes.<\/p>\n<p>La apertura de la licitaci\u00f3n fue encabezada por el Jefe de Compras Marcelino Bahurlet. En la oportunidad, se presentaron dos ofertas econ\u00f3micas: Federico Bianchi cotiz\u00f3 la suma de $6.500.000 y Diego Hoffer presupuest\u00f3 $8.400.000.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe aclarar que el presupuesto oficial fue fijado en la suma de $ 6.958.000, tal como figura en el pliego de bases y condiciones de la Licitaci\u00f3n Privada N\u00ba
