{"id":168714,"date":"2022-06-01T16:10:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T19:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=168714"},"modified":"2022-06-01T16:12:45","modified_gmt":"2022-06-01T19:12:45","slug":"discapacidad-el-municipio-implemento-un-programa-de-capacitacion-destinado-a-fuerzas-de-seguridad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/discapacidad-el-municipio-implemento-un-programa-de-capacitacion-destinado-a-fuerzas-de-seguridad\/","title":{"rendered":"Discapacidad: El Municipio implement\u00f3 un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n destinado a fuerzas de seguridad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Discapacidad: El Municipio implement\u00f3 un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n destinado a fuerzas de seguridad, fue en la ma\u00f1ana de este mi\u00e9rcoles el Sal\u00f3n Blanco del Palacio Municipal sirvi\u00f3 de sede para el lanzamiento de un ciclo de capacitaciones sobre perspectiva de discapacidad, destinadas a integrantes de las fuerzas de seguridad del Partido de Olavarr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una propuesta gestada desde la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Humano y Calidad de Vida, a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Promoci\u00f3n de Derechos para Personas con Discapacidad. En la oportunidad se desarroll\u00f3 el dispositivo de capacitaci\u00f3n \u201cAproximaciones a la tem\u00e1tica a la tem\u00e1tica de discapacidad. Abordaje y conceptos vinculados\u201d, el cual estuvo a cargo de la referente del \u00e1rea de Discapacidad Romina Sponer, y el asesor letrado de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Departamental Olavarr\u00eda Rub\u00e9n Aquila.<\/p>\n<p>De la ocasi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tom\u00f3 parte el Secretario de Desarrollo Humano y Calidad de Vida, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/diegorobbiani\/?hl=es-la\">Diego Robbiani<\/a>, quien puso el acento en la importancia de la realizaci\u00f3n de estas jornadas y agradeci\u00f3 el compromiso de los concurrentes a la capacitaci\u00f3n, que est\u00e1 destinada precisamente a agentes policiales de todas las dependencias de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Departamental Olavarr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del programa es introducir al personal policial en una mirada sobre el tema, basada en el Modelo Social de la Discapacidad, el trato y lenguaje adecuado. Adem\u00e1s, se avanza sobre algunas consideraciones generales sobre el abordaje hacia las personas con discapacidad, en su quehacer cotidiano como agentes del Estado al servicio de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La referente del Programa de Promoci\u00f3n de Derechos Romina Sponer realiz\u00f3 un balance de la jornada y dio detalles de los alcances de este proyecto: \u201cEstamos sumamente conformes con el trabajo llevado a cabo en esta primera jornada, sabiendo que es el puntapi\u00e9 inicial para seguir trabajando en corresponsabilidad, y brindarle herramientas al personal policial para mejorar su desarrollo profesional, lo cual tiene impacto directo en el buen trato hacia las personas con discapacidad, y eso en un avance muy importante en t\u00e9rminos de derechos\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte agradeci\u00f3 el compromiso de todo el personal que particip\u00f3 en esta primera jornada, y al referente de la Polic\u00eda Departamental Rub\u00e9n Aquila,
