{"id":167446,"date":"2022-05-10T11:21:37","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T14:21:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=167446"},"modified":"2022-05-10T11:22:18","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T14:22:18","slug":"la-defensoria-tomara-reclamos-ante-retenciones-indebidas-a-las-prestaciones-de-la-anses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/la-defensoria-tomara-reclamos-ante-retenciones-indebidas-a-las-prestaciones-de-la-anses\/","title":{"rendered":"La Defensor\u00eda tomar\u00e1 reclamos ante retenciones indebidas a las prestaciones de la Anses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Defensor\u00eda tomar\u00e1 reclamos ante retenciones indebidas a las prestaciones de la Anses, la defensor\u00eda del Pueblo bonaerense tomar\u00e1 reclamos si las entidades financieras realizan descuentos autom\u00e1ticos indebidos a los y las beneficiarias de prestaciones sociales de la Anses, luego de que el Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (BCRA) prohibiera este tipo de retenciones.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del organismo que conduce Guido Lorenzino se dio luego de que el BCRA exigiera que no se realice ning\u00fan tipo de descuento sobre los importes que se acrediten y, eventualmente, que se reintegre de forma inmediata la totalidad de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>La medida apunta a que las entidades financieras no hagan descuentos autom\u00e1ticos por operaciones hechas con las propias entidades o terceros, como por ejemplo cuotas de pr\u00e9stamos con o sin c\u00f3digo de descuento, comisiones o cargos por servicios adicionales a la cuenta contratados por la o el beneficiario, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs una decisi\u00f3n pensada para beneficiar a los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables que necesitan de este tipo de ayuda, por lo que pusimos a disposici\u00f3n a la Defensor\u00eda para recibir quejas si las entidades financieras no cumplen con esta obligaci\u00f3n\u201d, sostuvo Lorenzino.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer reclamos en la Defensor\u00eda, se pueden contactar todos los d\u00edas las 24 hs. al 0800-222-5262, v\u00eda WhatsApp al +54 221 358-1323, o a trav\u00e9s de @defensoriaPBA en Facebook, Instagram o Twitter.
