En el momento que parece estar controlado el contagio de COVID-19 en nuestra ciudad, nos encontramos con una situaci\u00f3n que<br \/>\nclaramente no se tuvo en cuenta para evitar que se produjeran grandes amontonamientos de gente y por ende nuevos contagios.<\/p>\n<p>El OCOSE fue proyectado y formulado para poder controlar a todos los servicios p\u00fablicos de nuestra ciudad y a sus prestatarias. No s\u00f3lo para<br \/>\nsaber si lo que cobran por brindar dicho servicio es justo, sino tambi\u00e9n para realizar un seguimiento del servicio que brindan y garantizar la<br \/>\ncalidad del mismo. Esta situaci\u00f3n generada en el transporte de pasajeros pone en valor la necesidad de contar con este organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Bel\u00e9n Vergel pide por una r\u00e1pida reglamentaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento del OCOSE, Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 Vergel \u201choy el usuario se encuentra con que no sabe d\u00f3nde dirigirse para plantear su queja, y en casi todos los casos terminan por no<br \/>\nrecibir una respuesta a su planteo. Por lo general, lo hacen directamente con la empresa que brinda el servicio, qui\u00e9n como sabemos intentar\u00e1<br \/>\nproteger sus intereses. Para situaciones c\u00f3mo estas el Organismo de Control de Servicios P\u00fablicos ser\u00eda el intermediario adonde deber\u00eda dirigirse el<br \/>\nusuario a plantear su reclamo, y \u00e9ste organismo brindar la respuesta correspondiente. Es fundamental contar con esta dependencia, ac\u00e1 hablamos<br \/>\nde un caso espec\u00edfico, pero puede replicarse con cada servicio tercerizado por parte del municipio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Deteni\u00e9ndose en el punto espec\u00edfico del transporte p\u00fablico, Bel\u00e9n Vergel indic\u00f3 que \u201ces necesaria una r\u00e1pida respuesta a la situaci\u00f3n del transporte<br \/>\nde pasajeros de Olavarr\u00eda. Debemos saber si esto se debe a la necesidad de aumentar la frecuencia o la cantidad de colectivos en circulaci\u00f3n, muchos<br \/>\nde nuestros vecinos dependen de este servicio para poder llegar a sus actividades diarias, sumado a que el clima no est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ando por estos<br \/>\nd\u00edas, se les hace imposible movilizarse por otra v\u00eda\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Foto: facebook
