{"id":130221,"date":"2020-12-18T09:54:53","date_gmt":"2020-12-18T12:54:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=130221"},"modified":"2020-12-18T10:03:26","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T13:03:26","slug":"prorroga-de-vencimiento-para-certificados-unicos-de-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/prorroga-de-vencimiento-para-certificados-unicos-de-discapacidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00f3rroga de vencimiento para Certificados \u00danicos de Discapacidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio de Olavarr\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Promoci\u00f3n de Derechos para Personas con Discapacidad y Personas Mayores recuerda la pr\u00f3rroga de los vencimientos de Certificados \u00danicos de Discapacidad (CUD) por 1 a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Corresponde a aquellos que hayan caducado desde el 1\u00ba de enero de 2020 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021, seg\u00fan resoluci\u00f3n 209\/20 de la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad. Tambi\u00e9n se extendi\u00f3 la pr\u00f3rroga por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, de los certificados que venc\u00edan o vencen durante 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Estas medidas fueron dictadas en el marco de la Emergencia Sanitaria para garantizar los derechos de las personas con discapacidad que necesitan el CUD para cubrir las necesidades de salud y acceder a los servicios esenciales y cuidados que requieren, y por otra parte, para evitar la circulaci\u00f3n de las personas para tramitaciones, teniendo en cuenta el contexto de distanciamiento preventivo obligatorio por la pandemia COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, las personas pueden seguir utilizando el CUD para todo tipo de tr\u00e1mites en organismos estatales y civiles, como obras sociales y agencias gubernamentales, que brindan m\u00e1s que nada
