{"id":119793,"date":"2020-08-31T21:11:05","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T00:11:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=119793"},"modified":"2020-08-31T21:11:35","modified_gmt":"2020-09-01T00:11:35","slug":"caso-facundo-astudillo-la-jueza-aseguro-que-aun-no-recibio-la-pericia-y-pidio-esperar-hasta-el-miercoles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/caso-facundo-astudillo-la-jueza-aseguro-que-aun-no-recibio-la-pericia-y-pidio-esperar-hasta-el-miercoles\/","title":{"rendered":"Caso Facundo Astudillo: la jueza asegur\u00f3 que a\u00fan no recibi\u00f3 la pericia y pidi\u00f3 esperar hasta el mi\u00e9rcoles"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"td_block_wrap tdb_single_subtitle tdi_72_dd7 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_1\" data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_72_dd7\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p>En un comunicado, Gabriela Marr\u00f3n afirm\u00f3 que los peritos a\u00fan no le entregaron el informe final.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"td_block_wrap tdb_single_date tdi_73_0f0 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_1 tdb-post-meta\" data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_73_0f0\">\n<p>La jueza federal que investiga la desaparici\u00f3n de Facundo Astudillo Castro asegur\u00f3 que a\u00fan no cuenta con los resultados de la pericia sobre el cuerpo hallado en Villarino, luego de que trascendiera period\u00edsticamente que el cad\u00e1ver pertenec\u00eda al joven.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, Gabriela Marr\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que: \u201cMi juzgado a\u00fan no cuenta con resultados oficiales de la pericia gen\u00e9tica practicada sobre los restos \u00f3seos hallados\u201d el 15 de agosto en un cangrejal de Villarino Viejo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la magistrada precis\u00f3 que \u201cel Equipo Argentino de Antropolog\u00eda Forense (EAAF) hizo saber que el informe final ser\u00e1 remitido el 2 de septiembre\u201d, que una vez que tenga en sus manos el resultado \u201cser\u00e1 informado en primer lugar a Cristina Castro, mam\u00e1 de Facundo Astudillo\u201d, y luego se emitir\u00e1 un comunicado oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Esta tarde hab\u00eda trascendido que el resultado del estudio de ADN realizado sobre el cuerpo esqueletizado que apareci\u00f3 en Villarino confirmaba que se trataba del joven desaparecido el 30 de abril pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la familia del joven asegur\u00f3 que no hab\u00edan recibido ninguna notificaci\u00f3n oficial. \u201cEs mentira lo que est\u00e1n diciendo. No est\u00e1 confirmado el ADN. Hasta el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles no van a estar los resultados\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Cristina Castro, quien se mostr\u00f3 enojada por la filtraci\u00f3n que surgi\u00f3 esta tarde.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe han llamado del EAFF (Equipo Argentino de Antropolog\u00eda Forense) y la jueza Marr\u00f3n diciendo que esto son mentiras.
