Por lo que el personal actuante, procedi\u00f3 a realizar el test de alcoholemia d\u00e1ndole positivo, al momento de su <strong>aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s el hombre, no pudo justificar su presencia en el lugar, por lo que fue trasladado hacia la comisar\u00eda de Loma Negra donde se le inici\u00f3 un acta por &#8220;infracci\u00f3n al decreto 297 y sus ampliaciones, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a la ley 24449&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong> demor\u00f3 solo unas horas tras el di\u00e1logo con Fiscal\u00eda que orden\u00f3 su liberaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro del veh\u00edculo que fue llevado hacia el Corral\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>En el hecho intervino la Fiscal\u00eda de Azul y el Juzgado de Faltas
