hasta cu\u00e1ndo se suspende la baja de oficio por falta de pago para monotributistas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) oficializ\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de no aplicar bajas de oficio del monotributo a ning\u00fan contribuyente que acumule faltas de pago de sus obligaciones durante julio o exceda el l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de facturaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n<p>Lo hizo a trav\u00e9s de la resoluci\u00f3n general 4782\/2020, publicada hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, que extiende los beneficios vigentes desde marzo para amortiguar los efectos del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio sobre los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa vigente establece que un contribuyente es dado de baja cuando no paga diez cuotas consecutivas.<\/p>\n<p>La RG 4782 tambi\u00e9n suspende las bajas del r\u00e9gimen de monotributo por una facturaci\u00f3n que exceda el m\u00e1ximo establecido por la categor\u00eda K, la m\u00e1xima disponible, que fija un tope de facturaci\u00f3n anual de $ 2.609.240,69 o un m\u00e1ximo mensual de $
