Los pacientes fueron medicados antes de tener posibles s\u00edntomas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuatro personas fueron medicadas en las \u00faltimas horas en General Alvarado, tras comprobarse que hab\u00edan consumido productos realizados con carne de cerdo contaminada con triquina, mientras que tambi\u00e9n se investigaba la detecci\u00f3n del par\u00e1sito en Balcarce.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan especificaron desde el gobierno local, los afectados fueron comenzados a tratar en tiempo y forma, con los protocolos m\u00e9dicos indicados para lograr su positiva evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda y Zoonosis del municipio hizo el hallazgo de carne de cerdo con triquina. Es que en la \u00e9poca de carneadas es cuando las autoridades y la comunidad deben extremar los cuidados ante la aparici\u00f3n del par\u00e1sito de la triquinosis.<\/p>\n<p>La triquinosis es una enfermedad producida por un par\u00e1sito con forma de gusano que se encuentra alojado en los m\u00fasculos de los cerdos y otros animales salvajes, como el jabal\u00ed y el puma. Las personas se contagian de modo accidental, por la ingesti\u00f3n de carne o derivados c\u00e1rnicos, crudos o mal cocidos, que contengan larvas del par\u00e1sito vivos.<\/p>\n<p>En Argentina, la principal fuente de infecci\u00f3n para el ser humano es el cerdo dom\u00e9stico, aunque tambi\u00e9n existen otras, como el jabal\u00ed o el puma. Las personas pueden presentar: fiebre, dolores musculares, diarrea, v\u00f3mitos, hinchaz\u00f3n de p\u00e1rpados y picaz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tambi\u00e9n investigan posibles casos en Balcarce.
