La medida contin\u00faa a ra\u00edz de la crisis por la\u00a0<strong>pandemia de coronavirus<\/strong>\u00a0y el marco del\u00a0<strong>aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mt20 cuerpo-nota\">\n<div class=\"flr g12 arial ctext fz16 lh26 wysiwyg mb20 \">\n<div class=\"texto_nota\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1575901442244-0\" data-google-query-id=\"CLLe6PLq1-kCFXsJuQYdbmUJow\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/21877607779\/notas-cuerpo-nota-320-max_0__container__\">La iniciativa, dispuesta a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b04724\/2020, extendi\u00f3 al mes que se encuentra en curso la decisi\u00f3n que se puso en marcha en marzo pasado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>En tanto,\u00a0la normativa vigente establece que un contribuyente es dado de baja cuando no paga diez cuotas consecutivas. No obstante, la AFIP resolvi\u00f3 que mayo no ser\u00e1 computado a los efectos de contabilizar el per\u00edodo necesario para la aplicaci\u00f3n de las bajas autom\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, existen distintas situaciones previstas en la ley que generan la baja del r\u00e9gimen y la m\u00e1s com\u00fan es cuando la suma de los ingresos brutos del contribuyente excede el m\u00e1ximo establecido por la categor\u00eda m\u00e1xima disponible. Ante esto, el organismo nacional\u00a0defini\u00f3 que esos cruces sist\u00e9micos no ser\u00e1n utilizados en mayo para proceder con exclusiones de
