{"id":105381,"date":"2020-03-27T18:54:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T21:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=105381"},"modified":"2020-03-27T18:54:14","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T21:54:14","slug":"las-prepagas-no-cortaran-servicios-ni-subiran-cuotas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/las-prepagas-no-cortaran-servicios-ni-subiran-cuotas\/","title":{"rendered":"Las prepagas no cortar\u00e1n servicios ni subir\u00e1n cuotas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Al igual que en servicios, alquileres y cr\u00e9ditos el Gobierno defini\u00f3 que la medicina privada no podr\u00e1 interrumpir la atenci\u00f3n por falta de pago.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Las empresas de medicina prepaga se comprometieron a no realizar cortes en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio por falta de pago ni aumentar las cuotas, al menos, por los pr\u00f3ximos seis meses. Todav\u00eda resta saber si se mantendr\u00e1 como un compromiso con el Gobierno o habr\u00e1 alg\u00fan decreto que lo especifique. Por lo pronto, el Poder Ejecutivo les otorg\u00f3 una serie de beneficios, casi todos los pedidos por el sector, en materia tributaria y de reducci\u00f3n de costos para la importaci\u00f3n de insumos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez anunci\u00f3 en estos d\u00edas una serie de medidas para morigerar las complicaciones econ\u00f3micas que genera la cuarentena, la cual podr\u00eda extenderse hasta fines de abril, cuando se prev\u00e9 el pico de contagios. Junto con el congelamiento de tarifas de servicios, alquileres, cuotas de cr\u00e9ditos y desalojos, se abri\u00f3 el interrogante respecto de lo que suceder\u00eda con la medicina privada.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os las prepagas registraron abultados aumentos que estuvieron por encima del promedio de inflaci\u00f3n. En 2016 fueron autorizadas a aumentar 43,5 por ciento en 2017, un 31,3 por ciento en 2018, 40,8 por ciento y en 2019 acumularon subas por 62,8 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a la necesidad de mantener el servicio, el Gobierno les otorg\u00f3 a las prepagas una serie de beneficios para equilibrar las cuentas de la actividad. Elimin\u00f3 por tres meses las contribuciones patronales del sector, redujo Ingresos Brutos para sanatorios y hospitales, recort\u00f3 el Impuesto al Cheque (a cr\u00e9ditos y d\u00e9bitos) de 1,4 al 0,8 por ciento hasta igualarlo con lo que pagan las obras sociales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al igual que en servicios, alquileres y cr\u00e9ditos el
