{"id":101915,"date":"2020-02-19T18:08:24","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T21:08:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/?p=101915"},"modified":"2020-02-19T18:08:42","modified_gmt":"2020-02-19T21:08:42","slug":"comenzo-el-curso-de-green-belt-six-sigma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experienciadevida.com.ar\/portalurbano\/comenzo-el-curso-de-green-belt-six-sigma\/","title":{"rendered":"Comenz\u00f3 el curso de Green Belt Six Sigma."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con una alta participaci\u00f3n de empresas locales y docentes universitarios, comenz\u00f3 en la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda el curso Green Belt Six Sigma, una metodolog\u00eda orientada a la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos dentro de organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El docente Franco Chiodi explic\u00f3 que la propuesta surgi\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una demanda existente, y que pudo concretarse dado que la FIO pertenece a la red de la Sociedad Argentina de Mejora Continua.<\/p>\n<p>El Lean Six Sigma es un abordaje sistem\u00e1tico y enfocado en resultados econ\u00f3mico-financieros a trav\u00e9s de la Calidad. \u201cEsta metodolog\u00eda busca mejorar los procesos de una organizaci\u00f3n, ya sea de su productividad, la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes, la organizaci\u00f3n de empleados, para alcanzar un alto grado de eficiencia\u201d, explic\u00f3 Constanza Torres Sanmarco. De acuerdo a la capacitadora, esta metodolog\u00eda puede aplicarse a cualquier organizaci\u00f3n, no necesariamente una empresa, y que el foco busca poner en valor resultados de manera econ\u00f3mica. &#8220;Aunque en general a las empresas les resulta particularmente muy atractivo, porque pueden llevar el esfuerzo de la mejora de un proceso a algo cuantificado en dinero\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Torres Sanmarco tiene un largo recorrido en este tipo de formaci\u00f3n. \u201cLa apuesta que hace la universidad al posibilitar esta capacitaci\u00f3n es excelente, porque poder llevarlo a otras regiones es central\u201d, asegur\u00f3. \u201cPor ah\u00ed el diferencial que tiene del resto de las metodolog\u00edas, es que tambi\u00e9n se enfoca fuertemente en los datos, para justificar las decisiones o analizar las situaciones, y esos datos son analizados de manera estad\u00edstica, entonces le aporta rigor\u201d, dijo. \u201cEn general este entrenamiento est\u00e1 orientado a formar a la persona que va a liderar el proyecto de mejora, y que adem\u00e1s va a conducir al equipo de trabajo\u201d, defini\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El curso tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro meses, con un encuentro mensual presencial. \u201cLa idea es que el curso acompa\u00f1e el desarrollo de los proyectos de los participantes\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Franco
