El certificado que ofrece la misma es obligatorio para poder ejercer la actividad y consecuentemente para la renovaci\u00f3n anual de la Libreta Sanitaria, tal como lo establece el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino (CAA).<\/p>\n<p>Durante el taller se brindan conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de enfermedades trasmitidas por\u00a0alimentos, medidas higi\u00e9nico-sanitarias para la\u00a0manipulaci\u00f3n\u00a0correcta de\u00a0alimentos, criterios y concientizaci\u00f3n del riesgo involucrado en el manejo de las materias primas, aditivos, ingredientes, envases, utensilios y equipos durante el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El curso se desarrollar\u00e1 durante todo el a\u00f1o en el Sal\u00f3n Rivadavia. Durante el mes de marzo se realizar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 10, 12, 17 y 19, de 13 a 16 horas.
